“I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor as well as Alopecia Areata. I am also a childhood cancer survivor so the hair loss didn’t really bother me. I could always wear a hat to cover it up. Then my eyebrows fell out, I looked noticeably different and I couldn’t cover it up.
I didn’t know where to start. I know nothing about make-up. I searched online and even asked my my sister-in-law for advice. I searched and learned about permanent make-up, but everything seemed to cater to females. I searched more then found IDARTSY. They provided a service called Guy Brows. They had great reviews and my sister-in-law ending up sending me a link to the same site.
I was nervous when I came into the studio. I felt out of place. Then I met Lizzeth and after a quick but thorough conversation, all my anxiety went away. She knew more what I wanted than I did.
The procedure was a lot easier than I expected. They used a numbing cream and I barely felt a thing. The overall setting, the comfortable chair and easy listening music was very relaxing and before I knew it, we were finished.
When Lizzeth handed me the mirror, I was shocked to see the results. My eyebrows were back and looked great. After a few days of post care the eyebrows looked even more realistic. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Most importantly, I love being able to recognize myself in the mirror again.

Lizzeth spent a long time mapping and drawing my brows. I have one good brow and one problem child - to say the least. She was meticulous and took the time to make sure I was happy with the shape, size, etc. She made sure to make the process a conversation to get my feedback and to make adjustments accordingly. I never felt she was trying to dictate what they should look like. Never once did she make me feel like I was being a picky or annoying. She really listened and paid attention to my non-verbal cues to make adjustments until I was happy!
She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. From pulling a roll under my knees to tucking me in with a cozy blanket. She checked in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was ok. I think I might have fallen asleep on her, that’s how comfortable and relaxed I was. I left so happy with everything. My brows are perfect - the shape, the color, everything! I LOVE LOVE my new brows!! Legit - Lizzeth is the best.”
