You must book an appointment prior to your visit, as we do not accept walk-in appointments.
A 50% booking fee is essential in order to secure your appointment with ID ARTSY. The deposit will be deducted from the outstanding balance on the day of your procedure.
All customers are subject to ID ARTSY’s cancellation policy found on “ Policies” page.
To expedite the pre-service consultation we suggest that you print and complete our Client Consent form prior to your appointment.
We accept cash and all major credit cards! Including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex. We do not accept checks.
Consultation
Most consultations are done on the the day of the scheduled appointment.
Prior to your appointment your medical history and consent form must be completed to ensure your suitability for the procedure.
On the day of your appointment:
You technician will start with a consultation that will be thorough and informative. She will answer any questions or concerns you may have, and with her expertise she will evaluate your facial features, skin tone, and make suggestions for design placement and pigment color depending on the specific procedure you are considering. Together you will fine-tune all aspects of the color and shape, and only when both you and your technician are fully satisfied with the ‘personalized artistry outline’, will she then proceed with the Permanent Cosmetic Procedure. She will also inform you of a maintenance plan as how to properly care post your tattoo to maximize longevity.
In person or phone consultation (optional)
If you are unsure about whether you want to have this procedure done, then please schedule a phone consultation first. This 30- min appointment allows you to ask questions, and go over what your service will entail.
Please note that you will have to schedule another appointment for the actual procedure.
Touch-Up’s
EXISTING CLIENTS: Future Touch-Up’s cannot be booked online, we have to make sure that we are charging the correct touch-up rate based on your last appointment with us. Please call us at 571-989-4949 or email us at hello@idartsy.com to book your touch-up.

Terms and Conditions:
All gift card sales are final. Refunds or credits will not be issued under any circumstances. This applies to partially redeemed gift cards as well.
The transfer of your gift card is permitted provided written notice given directly to ID ARTSY prior to scheduling an appointment.
The value of any gift card issued never expires.
