POLICIES

At ID ARTSY customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies are set in place to give all of our clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business.  

All permanent cosmetic procedures are a multi-session process. Each new appointment is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours long to ensure we take the time to do our best work. For best results, the client is recommended to return for one complimentary follow up session (included in the cost). This procedure should take place approximately 6-12 weeks after the initial session. At the follow up session we will assess color retention and make necessary adjustments. This follow up session is very important and required before it can be determined that your procedure is complete. Healing is specific to each client and how well you follow post-care instructions.  

Payment Policy

Accepted Currency: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. No checks or money orders.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee via online booking is required in order to reserve and confirm your appointment. This non-refundable booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your investment. Our booking system won’t allow you to book an appointment without a booking fee. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your appointment.

Last minute cancellations, reschedules, and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice which is why these policies are in place.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy + Fees

Timely and efficient service is a must for us to provide outstanding customer service. Your time is precious to us so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes or cancellations at your earliest convenience.

  • Follow-Up Appointments: Should you reschedule your 6 - 12 week follow up appointment within 48 hours you will be required to pay an unkept fee of $150, if the appointment is rescheduled after 12 weeks from your initial session, it will then be considered a touch-up, rates are listed on our rates menu.

  • New Clients - Touch-Up Appointments: Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, you most definitely can! Please make sure to reschedule 48hrs before your scheduled appointment. Unkept fees will be charged, if rescheduling/cancelling within 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Chronic Last Minute Cancelling Comes At A Cost - Unkept Fee's are required for rescheduled appointments within 48hrs prior to your appointment. 

  • 1st offense: $150 Unkept Fee

  • 2nd offense: $250 Unkept Fee

  • 3rd offense (and final): Must pay a new booking fee

Booking Fee’s are NON-REFUNDABLE and all terms are listed in your Payment Policies Agreement. There are no refunds on treatments, unless otherwise determined by Management in its sole and absolute discretion.

No Show Policy

  • New clients and Touch- up appointments will automatically result in a full credit card charge of the procedure booked. You will be required to pay a new 50% non-refundable unkept fee to book a future appointment.

  • A client that has a follow up session will be charged a $150 unkept appointment fee. Booking a future appointment will be considered a touch- up, and we will require a 50% booking fee.

Lateness Policy

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, out of respect for your artist and clients scheduled, should you arrive 15 minutes or later you will forfeit the appointment & non-refundable booking fee. It will be necessary to rebook, this is required in order to avoid delays to clients with appointments scheduled after you.

Please understand that the procedures need their allocated time to have the best result possible, we cannot rush. A $150 rebooking fee will apply. In some cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion.

** Calling or emailing to let us know you are running late is a must **

Touch-Up Policy

NEW CLIENTS: Touch-Ups are for returning ID ARTSY clients ONLY. We do NOT touch up other artists work at “touch up” rates. If your initial service was done by another artist in another location, you will be charged as a new client. Thank you for understanding.

EXISTING CLIENTS: Future Touch-Up’s cannot be booked online, we have to make sure that we are charging the correct touch-up rate based on your last appointment with us. Please call us at 571-989-4949 or email us at hello@idartsy.com to book your touch-up.

Existing Permanent Makeup Policy

We do not provide touch-ups of other artists work for a reduced fee as a greater amount of work is required to correct previous cosmetic tattoos done elsewhere.

In many cases, a consultation is required to determine whether a correction is possible. For inquiries regarding appointments for new clients who have had a permanent cosmetic tattoo procedure done elsewhere, you must email us to hello@idartsy.com a clear photo in natural light without any makeup on the treated area so that your micropigmentation practitioner can make an assessment to see what method of correction is appropriate, please do so prior to booking.

At ID ARTSY Correction work includes two sessions (an initial session + a complimentary follow up session 6-12 weeks after). Each new appointment is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours long to ensure we take the time to do our best work. We will schedule your follow up session on the day of your initial session. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before working on it again. Additional sessions at touch-up rates may be required.

Please note: In some cases correction is not recommended and an alternative such as laser removal might be the best solution. We are happy to welcome you as a new client if we are able to help.

No Guest Policy

No guests are allowed to enter the studio with you unless special arrangements have been made.

Unfortunately we have a zero-tolerance policy on children. We love children but there are many things that are dangerous to take any risks so we respectfully ask that you leave your little ones at home. This is for their own safety. We also do not want to compromise the comfort of our clients.  

Inclement Weather Policy

Safety first! If you are unable or unwilling to travel to your appointment during inclement weather we will not enforce our 48-hour cancellation notice policy. We will keep you informed about the status of the studio through our social media outlets, phone, & via email.

Age Requirement Policy

Our studio is an adult-oriented atmosphere; therefore we only accept appointments for clients over the age of 18 years of age.

Rates Policy

ID ARTSY reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change prices on services without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. Rates may increase with travel, guest appearances, out-call services or for special circumstances.

Gift Cards Policy

All gift card sales are final. The value of any gift card issued never expires.

Phone Usage Policy

We kindly ask that you switch your phone to silent mode when you enter the studio, and that you limit the use of your phone during your procedure.

You are more than welcome to bring your headphones to use while getting your service done should you want to listen to music/podcast, etc from your phone. We do have music playing in our studio for a good ambiance.

Eating or Drinking

Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your appointment. Please do not bring outside food into the studio. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our studio.

Photo/Video Release

ID ARTSY may use images or videos on website, social media, brochures, flyer or for any other advertising it deems necessary. Any and all photographs, video, audio and any other media captured or recorded by any and all its representatives. Client(s) can agree or disagree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her images for such purposes. You can state this on your consent form. If you do not agree we respect your decision and will make note of it on your profile. Do understand that for liability purposes we do have to take  before and after photos for our records.

Gratuities

They are not necessary but are appreciated.


** PLEASE NOTE **

  • FAQ’s and Pre-Post Care must be read before booking an appointment.

  • ID ARTSY medical consent form must be completed to ensure your suitability for the procedure.

  • If you have a serious medical condition you must arrive with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with the procedure.

  • A patch test can be performed (at your request) if you are concerned of any potential allergic reactions. This can be done during a consultation.

  • Don’t book an appointment at least a week before important events.

  • As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment we will send via email and text an appointment reminder/confirmation.

  • We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients, especially those with problematic skin since many factors take into place when healing. We give our best efforts to provide you with quality service at the highest standard.

  • Please be aware, additional touch ups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes. The use of cosmetic products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

  • If you are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol/drugs - Your appointment will be canceled! No exceptions.

  • Payment in advance may be required for those with a history of no-shows or canceled appointments without 48-hours advance notice.

  • We do not offer refunds once the procedure has been completed as we have carried out the procedure at a cost to us. Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their investment. ID ARTSY is not responsible for any circumstances that occur after a service has been rendered. Once a deposit or full payment has been sent, client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse and undertake any cosmetic permanent makeup procedure if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to the client

  • When calling during busy client periods, you may need to leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

There will be no exceptions to our policies. By booking your appointment with ID ARTSY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
